Full Colour Printing: Our memo board are printed in full colour (4 colour process) on both front and back. Pantone Colour matches may vary with 4 colour process printing. If an exact Pantone match is required, colours will printed using spot colour inks at a charge of $50.00 per colour.
Memo Board Description: Our memo boards are as follows:
- 2 mil mylar lamination
- 10 mil card stock
- 2 mil mylar lamination
- Clear Pen Loop on Short Side
- 4 Magnets at corners on back
- Prices include wet erase marker
Samples: We sell this product in Canada and the US only, therefore, samples will only be sent to Canada and the US.
Setup Charges: Prices include 30 minutes of art time. This is usually sufficient for most memo board orders.
Photographs: You may use your own high resolution images or select an image from www.Photos.com at no charge.
Copy Changes: Copy changes are available on most products. A copy change is a few lines of text and/or a photograph. Each copy change is $30.00 and this includes 15 minutes of art time. We will advise if extra art time is required.
Production Time: Memo Board orders typically ship 11 to 12 business days after proof is approved and payment arrangements have been made. Rush orders are available, however, the extra charges can be significant (50% to 100% extra) .
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Shipping is FOB Montrose BC.
Shipping Methods: Single piece shipments are usually shipped by Canada Post. This is because we want to support our local post office and they are well priced and reliable. Multi-piece shipments are usually shipped by Fedex Ground because their rates are less than Purolator or other methods. These methods can take 2 to 10 days for delivery. BC 2 Days, AB & SK 4 Days, MB 5 Days, ON & QC 5 - 7 Days,NB, PE, NL & NS 7 - 9 Days. Purolator is quicker, however, their rates are much higher. We can quote Purolator rates upon request.
Payment: We require payment at the time your proof is confirmed.
Event Dates: We will do our best to deliver in time for your event, however, we make no guarantees in this regard. If the product you are ordering will be no good if it arrives after the event date, please order very early or do not order.
